She is determined as she looks through her tinted goggles at the water before her. For this would be one of the biggest races of her life. She jumps in the water and grips the block tight. When the time has come she leaps off of the block and into the water with a big splash. She tunes out the cheering and applause from the audience and swims to the best of her ability. When she slaps the touch pad the crowd goes crazy. All of her hard work has now paid off for she has won the gold.
